Do NOT leave voice messages on answering machines or my phones - those are not reliable and can cost a lot when I am abroad - better use a text message (SMS).
Do not send urgent messages via Facebook as i am not there very often.
I am on Twitter, LinkedIn, although I do not use those networks much.
I also use Skype, sometimes.
