#91 What is the meaning of your images ?
In 2009, I speak to this painter friend in Paris and I say - what are your images like ?
- onirique - comes the answer.
Well, mine are not.
Not to diminish anyone's effort, I feel that with 100 years of modern art history (and science) behind us, not to mention the cave paintings etc, we should do better than sleepwalk.
I search for meaning and meanings, often in a quite methodical manner.
Apparently, the images speak a language with no syntax. But, perhaps such a syntax could be created, the new technologies can come useful here...
This is a constant preoccupation and an ongoing project of mine...
